Why do we use Pure Water?

There are several stages to cleaning and detailing a car, from pre-wash to final rinse before drying. During the rinse off phase, if normal tap water is used it can result in water marks remaining on the paintwork, chrome and glass, especially on warm sunny days. This is due to impurities in the water, such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, copper and iron. If left to dry the evaporated water will deposit the impurities on the surface and will be seen as light grey stains that can be really tricky to remove. If these deposits are left they can also be damaging to the paintwork.

What's the difference with Pure Water?

By using our advanced technology five stage water system to produce ultra pure water with no impurities, 100% pure water is used for rinsing the vehicle. The system incorporates a reverse osmosis unit and mixed bed de-mineralising resin to ensure consistency of delivery at all times. The nature of de-mineralised water is to try and return to its natural state by actively retaining any dirt, chemicals and minerals that it comes in contact with.

During the rinsing process no detergents or chemicals are used therefore no soapy residues or smears are left that attract fresh dirt back onto the vehicle. Because the vehicle is air dried to leave a spotless finish there is no need to use a drying cloth therefore preventing any possible light scratching or swirls to the paintwork. We believe this method provides our clients with a safer, eco-friendlier service to protect their vehicles.

Valet and Detailing Services

When your vehicle is checked-in for storage we provide a standard exterior valet, however, you may want to upgrade to the maintenance valet that also includes the interior. Prior to your vehicle leaving us you may opt for a more detailed valet to bring you car back to life and looking like new again. Detailing is the most intensive service available and this specialist work is able to correct the damage which is commonly acquired through daily use and through inferior car washing processes. We offer a full range of services to cater for all budgets and we can customise our detailing service to match your requirements.

Shampoo using swirl free wash mitts using a 3 bucket method.
Final rinse using pure water, blow dry using our professional drying machine.
Wheels cleaned using a ph neutral wheel cleaner using non-scratching wheel woollies.

Tyres cleaned and treated.
Interior is thoroughly vacuumed including boot if empty.

Detailing Using Pure Water

Vehicle is snow foamed & left to dwell for 10 minutes.
Whilst dwelling all badges gaps & crevices attended to.
Vehicle Re rinsed.
Iron fallout removal.
Clay bar paintwork to remove contaminants.
Vehicle left to dry with no drying towels needed.
Mask up car with high quality, low adhesive tape to protect plastics and vinyl.
Machine polish car using a two stage polishing procedure.
Re-wash vehicle.
Deep cleanse body work to remove any excess compound or oils thus enabling the finishing waxes to bind with the paint.
Stage 3 machine polish for vehicles with heavier scratches.
Apply a layer of good quality coating to produce a brilliant, streak free shine.
Wheels/rubbers and plastics cleaned and dressed.
Full interior decontamination.
Gtechniq glass protection applied.
