Car Storage Pricing and Options

At HAExclusive we only provide one option for your pride and joy to be stored. The service is inclusive of many options that most other storage facilities charge for as an additional rate.

To compliment the storage service that we offer there is the option for Preventative Maintenance, Extended Hours and a full Concierge Service. The choice is yours. Whatever option you choose, the level of service and attention to detail will be the same across the board.

How much will it cost to store my car?

Below you will find Car Storage Pricing and the various options and products that we have available. These are our standard offerings, however, HAExclusive can tailor any service to best meet your requirements.

Storage Pricing £235.00 per month + VAT

Vehicle stored in our insulated temperature and humidity controlled facility.
3 months minimum storage term.
Includes Comprehensive Storage Insurance up to £120K with optional value uplift.
Camper Van gas bottles disconnected or removed.
Tyres set at correct pressure for storage
High Resolution vehicle appraisal photos.
Allocation of dedicated larger storage bay.
British made fully breathable stretch cover tightly woven with a Lycra Satin blend fitted. (excludes Camper-Vans)
Vehicle connected to a CTEK MXS5.0 battery conditioner.
Daily visual inspection.
EV battery maintained between 50 and 80 percent. (additional charges may apply for electricity usage)
MOT, Road Tax and Insurance reminders.
Secure on-line document management.
Drop off and collection to and from local train stations if required.

Preventative Maintenance Program £40.00 per month + VAT

Monthly maintenance health check.
Battery Health Check and results photographed.
Car started and run up to temperature.
Driven within our private grounds to lubricate working components.
Lightly exercise brakes and check vehicle systems.
Check for leaks and any potential issues.
Tyre pressures checked and reset.
Summary report placed in secure Dropbox folder.
Notification of any issues found.

Extended Hours Plus £130.00 per month + VAT

Extended hours and weekend access.
Car Exchange Program.
Additional Car Parking.
Option to rent or use own Air Chamber.
Vehicle Drop-Off and Collection for MOT's and Maintenance.
Discounted Pure Water Mini Valet on Vehicle Turnaround.
Discounted Concierge Services.

Payment Terms

Storage is charged from the first day and typically 3 months in advance.
After the initial 3 months, storage is then charged monthly in advance.
Payment method is by Bank Transfer or Bank Standing Order on receipt of invoice.
Charges for additional services and goods will be invoiced at the start of the next storage period.
Payment for Helicopter Transport must be made no less than 24 hrs in advance of the flight.
All outstanding charges to be paid in full at the end of the storage period prior to the vehicle being released.
